Eddy-Current-Separator RMS

The patent-pending RMS eddy current separator with half-acting rotors generates the magnetic field under the conveyor belt in a zone just before the material is ejected.

An extremely small distance of the magnetic field to the material stream is realized, and the maximum magnetic field strength can act on the metals to be separated.

The half-sided arrangement causes a directional orientation of the metals in sorting direction.

Apart from the application in coarse grain size, the system is also particularly suitable for the sorting of non-ferrous metals from very small grain spectrums, for example from household waste slags in the fine grain range < 0,5 mm.
